This Privacy Policy explains how AppWarr ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Holy Quran – Al Quran mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

• Provide core app features: Quran reading, prayer times, Qibla compass, tasbih counter, dhikr, azkar, and AI chat.
• Calculate accurate prayer times and Qibla direction based on your location.
• Improve app stability and fix crashes using anonymized diagnostic data.
• Deliver relevant advertising through Google AdMob (non-personally-identifiable).
• Process in-app subscription purchases securely through Google Play.

The App integrates the following third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy:

The App may request access to your device's location to:

• Calculate accurate prayer times for your current city or region.
• Display the Qibla direction (direction of Mecca) on the compass screen.

You can deny or revoke location permission at any time in your device settings. The app will fall back to manual city selection for prayer times.

The free version of the App shows advertisements served by Google AdMob. Google may use cookies and device identifiers to serve personalized ads based on your interests.

• You can opt out of personalized ads at any time via Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization on your device.
• Upgrading to Holy Quran Premium removes all advertisements.

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately at support@appwarr.com and we will delete the information promptly.

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA):

• Access — Request a copy of personal data we hold about you.
• Deletion — Request deletion of your personal data.
• Portability — Receive your data in a portable format.
• Objection — Object to processing of your data for certain purposes.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@appwarr.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We retain anonymized crash and analytics data for up to 12 months, after which it is automatically deleted. User-generated content (bookmarks, notes, tasbih counts) is stored only on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect any data we process, including:

• HTTPS/TLS encryption for all network communications.
• Firebase security rules for any cloud-stored diagnostic data.
• Regular security dependency audits via ./gradlew dependencyCheck.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we strive to protect your information using commercially acceptable means.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

• Updating the Last Updated date at the top of this page.
• Displaying an in-app notice on the Settings screen.

Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
